We are looking for a proactive, driven, and street-smart
Marketing/Acquisition Executive
to join our field team. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new advertising clients, building relationships with property owners, and helping expand our footprint across outdoor and digital apartment advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Scout and acquire
advertising spaces
(hoardings, walls, digital screens, apartment lobbies, etc.)
Build and maintain relationships with
property owners, RWAs, and facility managers
Identify and pitch
advertising solutions
to potential clients and media buyers
Conduct
field visits daily
to explore and finalize new sites and partnerships
Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure campaign execution
Gather market intelligence and competitor data
Represent Leadspace professionally in client and vendor interactions
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in field sales/marketing / business development (outdoor media preferred)
Strong
negotiation, communication, and networking skills
Comfortable with
daily fieldwork and travel within the city
Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
Basic understanding of advertising, media sales, or real estate partnerships is a plus
Immediate joiners preferred
Must own a
2-wheeler
(preferred for local travel)
