Position Summary

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the school and junior college, increasing brand visibility, and supporting the admissions team through effective marketing campaigns and community outreach. The role involves planning and executing both online and offline marketing strategies to achieve institutional growth and enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans and admission campaigns for the school and junior college. Organize promotional events, school fairs, and community engagement activities. Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and digital marketing teams. Manage social media pages, website content and digital promotions. Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners and advertisements. Support the admission team with lead generation, inquiries, and follow-ups. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Build relationships with schools, tuition centres and community groups for outreach.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, branding, and event management.

Skills and Competencies

Strong communication and presentation skills. Creative thinking and ability to plan engaging campaigns. Proficiency in MS Office, social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual.
