Role Definition:



The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, managing social media, CRM (Zenoti, Double Tick, etc.,), analysing reports, coordinating with salon managers, and creating impactful offers. This role ensures effective marketing campaigns, drives client engagement, and boosts salon performance through consistent tracking, reporting, and coordination. The manager will align marketing efforts with business objectives and oversee the performance of advertising campaigns and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management



oDevelop marketing strategies for monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.

oCreate, plan, and execute promotional campaigns across all platforms (digital and offline).

oFocus on salon-specific campaigns, special events, festive promotions, and client retention strategies.

2. Social Media Marketing



oManage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring daily posts, stories, and reels.

oMonitor trends, create engaging content, and improve audience interaction.

oUse analytics to track performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on client engagement and feedback.

3. Client Relationship Management (CRM) (Zenoti, Double Tick, ETC.,)



oOversee CRM activities, maintaining client databases and ensuring personalized communication.

oSet up automated CRM workflows, such as reminders, offers, and service follow-ups.

oTrack client retention, satisfaction, and feedback to optimize marketing strategies.

4. Offer Creation & Promotions



oCollaborate with the management team to create compelling offers and discounts for salons.

oCoordinate with the salon team to ensure timely implementation of offers.

oAnalyze competitor offerings and trends to keep promotions competitive and attractive.

5. Performance Monitoring:



oUse tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM reports to track campaign success.

oGenerate weekly reports detailing ad performance and client response.

oConduct quarterly reviews of all marketing activities, presenting insights to the management team.

6. Team & Salon Coordination:



oConduct bi-weekly check-ins with salon managers to align on marketing objectives.

oVisit salons periodically to understand client responses to campaigns and promotions.

oEnsure that salon staff are trained on promoting new offers and services effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
