We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr.
Sales & Marketing Executive
to drive client acquisition, manage existing accounts, and promote our advertising and digital marketing services. The role involves identifying business opportunities, pitching creative and marketing solutions, and achieving sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
Sales Responsibilities
Identify and generate
new business leads
through cold calls, referrals, social media, networking, and field visits
Pitch advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative services to potential clients
Prepare and present
proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain and update
CRM records
and sales reports
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client requirements and coordinate with
creative, design, and digital teams
Ensure timely delivery of projects and client satisfaction
Upsell and cross-sell services like social media marketing, branding, ads, website development, etc.
Marketing Responsibilities
Support agency branding and promotional activities
Assist in planning and executing
marketing campaigns
for the agency
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Participate in events, exhibitions, and business meetings
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of
advertising, branding, and digital marketing services
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of social media platforms, ad campaigns, and marketing tools
Time management and multitasking abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
