Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth through client acquisition, lead generation, and digital outreach. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in social media management, B2B lead generation, and building long-term client relationships in the civil engineering and infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful deals
Manage company's social media presence and digital marketing strategies
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry platforms
Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposal preparation and client follow-ups
Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, private clients, and contractors
Represent the company in business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
Track and report sales targets, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or client servicing
Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for professional outreach
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Background or experience in the construction/engineering industry is a plus
