Identify and analyze government and private tenders related to facility management services.
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess client requirements.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Meet potential clients, present company services, and build lasting relationships.
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, documentation, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update client and tender databases.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing and tender activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good understanding of facility management, housekeeping, manpower, and catering services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
