Agency & Vendor Coordination
Collaborate with outsourced agencies for marketing campaigns and projects.
Ensure smooth communication, timely execution, and quality deliverables.
Data & Budget Management
Monitor and analyze marketing performance using KPIs and reporting tools.
Prepare reports for management with insights and recommendations.
Manage marketing budgets, track spending, and measure ROI.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Merchandise, BDM, Finance, HR, etc.) to align efforts.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior/executive role.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and social media platforms.
