Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our hospital services. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local doctors, clinics, dispensaries, and TPA panels to generate patient referrals and enhance the hospital's brand presence in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote hospital services in local markets and surrounding areas. Visit clinics, doctors, dispensaries, and other referral sources regularly to build rapport and secure patient referrals. Engage with local communities and participate in health camps or outreach programs. Establish and maintain relationships with TPAs (Third Party Administrators) and corporates for empanelment and referral generation. Identify potential markets and develop strategies to reach out to untapped sources. Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and health awareness literature. Maintain a daily record of field visits, referrals generated, and feedback received. Work closely with the hospital team to coordinate promotional activities and campaigns. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance and targets achieved.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical representative role, or similar. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be confident, presentable, and self-motivated. Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis. Knowledge of local geography and doctor network preferred.
