Technical Skills

for MTO/ETO business. Facilitate workshops & training sessions for staff & operators. Monitor performance metrics & provide regular reports on progress Analyze data, Develop & implement operational strategies to improve overall efficiency Drive CFT culture, collaborate to align operations with business goals Drive deployment of HMX (Honeywell Mfg. Excellence) framework across business process & mfg. process operation Co-ordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and cost savings (spares, manpower, etc.). Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing O&M processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Design templates and data sheets to capture operational data effectively. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through awareness and training programs. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints with follow-up actions and sustainable solutions. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements. Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards and identify improvement areas.

Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering or related discipline preferred) - Industrial Engineer, Mechanical/Production/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Engineer

Experience



10 - 15 years in Business Excellence, Operations, or Process Improvement Proven track record in process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
