The hiring of External hiring will have below responsibilities
xc2xb7 Production data management and Labor productivity improvement
xc2xb7 Standardized training process to let the new comer being a skilled operator fast and certification management
xc2xb7 Personnel Management Manpower Equipment / Machine
xc2xb7 Use of materials / Material Operating methods
xc2xb7 Responsible for daily production state and team members management
xc2xb7 Collect and summary production data and information and enter in ERP
xc2xb7 Support for the project work.
xc2xb7 Continued improve process to reduce the scrap
xc2xb7 Mass production process management
xc2xb7 Process improvement and to achieve the departmental KPI.
xc2xb7 Internal External Audit responsibilities
Qualifications
Hiring position required below education background
xc2xb7 Diploma /degree in Engineering of Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics or similar degree required
xc2xb7 Knowledge of ISO TS, EMS & OSHAS documentation will be advantage
xc2xb7 Strong English language skills are required.
xc2xb7 Blow molding process experienced must.
xc2xb7 7 to 10 years' experience in Automotive industries.
