Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Senior Manual Designer

with extensive experience in hand-sketching intricate and innovative designs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, production feasibility, and aesthetic appeal, ensuring designs are both artistic and manufacturable.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality hand-drawn jewelry designs with detailed specifications for production. Conceptualize designs based on design briefs, client requirements, and market trends. Collaborate with product development and CAD teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Maintain design consistency while innovating with new concepts, patterns, and motifs. Research and analyze fashion trends, gemstone arrangements, and global jewelry aesthetics. Prepare final manual design sheets with complete measurements, stone setting details, and metal weights (approximation). Review prototypes and suggest modifications to meet the final design vision. Guide junior designers by providing design direction and quality standards. Coordinate with merchandising and marketing teams for product launches.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in

manual jewelry design sketching

with precision and clarity. In-depth knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials (gold, silver, platinum, gemstones, etc.). Creativity, attention to detail, and trend awareness. Strong visualization and storytelling skills through sketches. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining design quality. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Jewelry Design or Fine Arts from a reputed institute.

5-8 years

of experience in manual jewelry designing, preferably in high-end or export markets. A strong design portfolio showcasing hand-sketched works

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
