Job title: Sr. Manager- Skill Development



Location: Mumbai/ Pune



Reporting to: Vice President



Roles and Responsibilities



1. Monitoring the day to operation of various centers for effective delivery of the course.

2. Regular visit to centers to monitor the programs

3. Coordination between center partner and training partners to ensure seamless delivery of the program.

4. Coordination with industry and placement cell to facilitate placement of the candidates on completing the course.

5. Collation of data from centers for weekly, monthly, MIS monitoring and evaluation exercise and internal reports.

6. Preparation of MIS report as mandated by Donors and HO for internal reporting

7. Escalation of any issues to senior for prompt resolutions.

8. Assist senior in preparation of proposal, meeting with stakeholder etc.

9. Identifying new age and much in demand skill set through various interactions with industry and students.

10. Coordinating with HO for operational matters

Qualification and Educational requirements



1. Graduate with 10 plus years of experience in training/teaching/operating coaching class/ work with youth.

2. Experience of managing a team effectively

3. Good negotiation skills

Preferred skills:



1. Good organizational skills

2. Fluent in local language and English

Additional notes: Should love to travel



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,275.19 - ₹36,575.03 per month

Work Location: In person
