Sr. Manager-Project Management (NGO/Social Sector)

Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects within the organization. This role involves managing teams, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals, and maintaining quality and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the project team, ensuring effective coordination and execution. Develop and implement project strategies, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and objectives. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting standards. Drive innovation and process improvements within project execution. Mentor and develop team members for enhanced performance.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the development sector. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in budgeting, planning, and risk management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
