Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels, especially for manufacturing and technical roles.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, manage employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisals, set up goal-setting frameworks, and ensure continuous employee feedback.
• Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, design and implement training programs to improve employee competencies and productivity.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and safety standards, keeping up to date with labor law changes.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation strategies.
• Organizational Development: Support leadership in driving organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - MBA/MSW/LLB
Salary :- Upto 18.00 LPA
