Sr. Manager/AGM-Land and Legal-10+years-Gurgaon
An exciting opportunity to join as Sr. Manager/AGM - Land & Legal in the Project Development team, based in Gurgaon. The role focuses on land due diligence, legal documentation, and acquisition for renewable energy projects, involving coordination with legal firms, authorities, and internal teams. Ideal for legal professionals with 10+ years of experience in land matters within the renewable sector.
Location - Gurgaon

Responsibilities - * Check Land Ownership and Legal Status- Make sure the land has a clear legal title and no disputes by working with lawyers and doing on-site checks.

• Prepare Legal Papers- Draft and review all land-related documents like sale agreements, lease papers, and other legal contracts.
• Handle Land Buying Process- Manage everything needed to buy or lease land-like paperwork, registration, and working with local officials and landowners.
• Follow Government Rules- Ensure all land and project-related permissions and approvals are in place as per state laws.
• Coordinate with Teams and Authorities- Work closely with internal teams, legal experts, and government departments to keep the project moving smoothly.

Requirements - * Law graduate with expertise in land and legal matters.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in land and legal roles.
• Skilled in drafting and reviewing legal agreements.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition and government compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
