Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for data management and operations.
Align team
objectives

Operational Oversight:
Oversee end-to-end data management processes, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
Manage escalations and foster collaboration across teams to resolve complex challenges.
Team Development:

Qualifications we

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Business, Data Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Relevant
years of experience in data management or operations, with at least
some
years in leadership.
Expertise
in data analytics, reporting tools, and process automation.
Familiarity with HCM tool - SuccessFactors, Workdays, Oracle Fusion will be an added advantage
Willingness to work 5 days from office in client specific shift.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven experience in managing large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams.
Certifications in leadership, data management, or project management.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Flexibility to work across global teams and time zones.
