Key Responsibilities:




The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy - to attract top talents, reduce hiring time and enhace candidate experience.



Will lead, mentor a team of recruiters to ensire they meet the recruitment goals and deliver high quality hires.



Will be responsible to establish metrics and KPI's for effective recruitment - on time hire, cost per hire, quality hire and recruitment data analysis.



Oversee all recruitment process- from job requisition to candidate onboarding



Utilize sourcing mix strategies to attract diverse candidate and create pipeline for current and furture hiring needs.



Work with Marketing and Communication teams to develop and promote companies brand both internally and externally..



Be updated on the current industry trends, competitor hiring practices and emerging recruotment technologies to ensure company remains competatibe in the the talent market,



Work with business, provide recruitment expertise on current trends and compensation data to assist business leades in decision making.






Candidate Requirement:




1) 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a graduate/ post graduate degree- Full time from retail industry.




2) Strong leadership and management skills, should have experince in developing and grooming high performing teams.
