Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced

Sr. Manager - System Hardware

to lead end-to-end

hardware board design, system engineering, and full product deployment cycles

. The ideal candidate must have deep technical expertise in

digital, analog, and power electronics

, along with hands-on leadership experience across

embedded, IoT, or industrial hardware platforms

.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:Education (Mandatory):

B.Tech / M.Tech

in

ECE / CSE / IT

Experience (Mandatory):

10-12 years

of experience in

hardware board design, system hardware engineering, and complete product lifecycle deployment

Must have

successfully completed at least two hardware product development cycles

from

high-level architecture to final deployment

Technical Expertise (Mandatory):

Proven expertise in

digital, analog, and power electronic circuit analysis & design

Strong hands-on experience designing boards with:

SoCs

FPGAs

CPLDs

MPSoC architectures

Deep understanding of:

Signal Integrity (SI)

EMI / EMC

High-speed design considerations

Ability to independently handle:

Schematic design

Design analysis (DC drop, SI)

Cross-team design reviews

Product Development & Debugging:

Strong experience in

board bring-up

, debugging, and issue investigation Hands-on collaboration with

firmware and software teams

for triage and root-cause analysis Expertise in

hardware validation

, including: Test planning & execution Equipment selection Debugging Documentation & report preparation

Tools & Platforms (Mandatory):

Proficiency in

Cadence Allegro or Altium EDA tools

(mandatory)

Manufacturing, Procurement & Supply Chain:

Experience in

sourcing & procurement

of: Electronic components PCBs Mechanical parts Strong understanding of: Manufacturing services Production pricing models Electronics & electromechanical

supply chain and logistics

Experience coordinating with: Layout teams Mechanical teams SI & EMC specialists Manufacturing & supply chain teams

Leadership & Collaboration:

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical decision-making Strong communication skills for stakeholder reviews and vendor interactions Ownership mindset for product quality, timelines, and cost optimization
