Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to lead the sourcing, onboarding, and management of FTL (Full Truck Load) and PTL (Part Truck Load) partners across India. This role is pivotal in strengthening our logistics network by developing strategic vendor relationships, optimizing freight costs, and enhancing service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing and onboarding of FTL and PTL partners across India.
Drive supply-side strategy to optimize cost, service levels, and coverage.
Build and manage strong vendor relationships and negotiate commercials.
Analyze freight performance data and initiate efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with network design, operations, and product teams on new initiatives.
Ensure SLA adherence and develop SOPs with courier partners.
Requirements:
6-8 years of relevant experience in logistics or e-commerce.
Proven expertise in vendor development, rate negotiation, and cost optimization.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Prior experience with B2B shipping, trucking, or express cargo preferred.
