Looking for stores head for Pune

Experience: 15 years

budget Range Rs.12LPA To 13LPA

Position - Store- Head / Sr Manager.

Location - Talegoan near by Pune

Working days per week: six days

Working hours (timings): 9 to 5.40

Gender preferably Male candidates

1. Good experience in handling Mathadi workers with conflict resolution skills.

2. Should be good at IT skills and hands on experience in ERP / SAP.

3. Good at communication skills. English speaking and writing is expected.

4. Manpower planning and team leadership.

5. Providing training to team members.

6. Conversant with SCM , FIFO principles , MIS

7. Work experience should be around 15 years. Candidates with PAN India experience will be preferred.

WAREHOUSING FUNCTIONS ACROSS ALL THE BRANCHES & MFG UNIT

1. To conduct physical stock takes in all Warehouses across various States as per schedule.

2. To reconcile warehouse stocks with system on quarterly basis with the help of Purchase

department.

3. To visit branches for stock takes.

4. To check & control branch Administrative expenses.

5. To check & control transport cost of Warehouses.

6. To receive stocks at regular period (Monthly / Quarterly) from Stock Clearing Agent.

7. To identify Non Moving stocks at Warehousing level & to highlight it at all levels.

8. To reconcile Stock Clearing Agent on month to month basis & to submit report to Top

Management.

INFRASTRUCTURE SETTING AND MIS GENERATION ACROSS ALL AREA

1. To work as a central coordinator at HO for warehousing matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
