This position requires an individual with technical experience in embedded system or software design. This strong technical and leadership experience will be the foundation to set and implement strategic goals, guide the team to drive innovation, projects execution, continuous improvements, build and grow talent and competencies to address current and future needs. Roles & Responsibilities

• Defines, plans, and finishes the projects including new product development, and sustaining.
• Manage multi-engineering team such as Hardware, Software (embedded and application software) and mechanical engineers.
• Effectively manage global partners\xe2\x80\x99 engagement and multi-functional teams
• Develops and Implements short- and long-term strategy
• Motivates, and inspires best performance from employees
• Take ownership of India budgets and help BU to plan for CAPEX/OPEX investments as necessary
• Monitor and track critical metrics and stay within the allotted budgets

Candidate Educational & Professional Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree.
• 16+ years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years of technical team leadership and 2+ years of technical people management experience.

Competency Requirements Led team members from multiple software fields such as software, DevOps, and software test automation engineers
Applied data and metrics to identify and solve problems and drive continuous improvement Become a facilitative leader who can inspire agile scrum teams and drive consensus and decisions
High level of interest in science and learning basic scientific principles
Desire and ability to work on an R&D team that is a multi-disciplinary product development team
