Job opening for Sr. Manager (Service + Maintenance) in Surat

The role of the Sr. Manager (Service + Maintenance) would be to manage the entire service department of around 70 to 80 people.
He would have sub managers/assistants under him to manage this team.
Should have experience of monitoring maintenance teams through his assistants
Key responsibilities of a service maintenance worker might include:
Regular Inspections:
Conducting routine checks on equipment, machinery, and building systems to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
Preventative Maintenance:
Performing scheduled maintenance tasks like cleaning, lubrication, and calibration to prevent equipment breakdowns and extend lifespan.
Troubleshooting and Repairs:
Diagnosing malfunctions, replacing faulty parts, and fixing issues with equipment and systems.
Emergency Repairs:
Responding to urgent maintenance issues and performing necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, including dates, repairs performed, and parts replaced.
Compliance with Safety Standards:
Following all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
