As the Technical and People Manager, you will develop and execute project plans for current and new projects. Ensures quality of work and that industry guideline and requirements are met. Develops and maintains departmental processes, metrics, and KPIs. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader and experienced team builder with a proven ability to build, lead, and coach multidisciplinary teams.
