Handle the

complete estimation process

from receipt of customer inquiries and technical drawings. Prepare

detailed estimation sheets

, including quantity take-offs and cost calculations. Coordinate with the

design/engineering team

to understand scope and technical requirements. Manage the

end-to-end procurement process

for technical items and materials required for the project. Float enquiries, evaluate vendor quotations, and finalize

cost-effective procurement solutions

. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services as per project needs. Maintain

strong coordination

between sales, design, project execution, and vendor teams. Participate in

technical and commercial discussions

with vendors and clients. Monitor cost efficiency, vendor performance, and project timelines related to procurement.
