Job Description

Responsibilities:



Negotiate deals and close property transactions effectively. Maintain relationships with developers, property owners, and clients. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competition. Prepare documentation such as sales agreements, contracts, and reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:



Experience: 6 months - 2 years (Real Estate preferred)

Proven experience as a real estate sales role is preferred. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of integrity and professionalism.
