Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage marketing and sales teams, setting performance targets and ensuring overall team effectiveness.
Product Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, tooling design, and the auto-component industry to provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams.
