Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets within the automotive sheet metal domain.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients (e.g., major auto manufacturers like Maruti Suzuki) and partners, anticipating their needs and identifying new business opportunities.
Business Development: Drive sales initiatives to generate leads, acquire new clients, and negotiate contracts for the supply of precision sheet metal components and assemblies.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, identify industry trends, and analyze customer requirements to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage marketing and sales teams, setting performance targets and ensuring overall team effectiveness.
Product Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, tooling design, and the auto-component industry to provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams.
