To lead and drive the sales and marketing strategy of the Electric Transformer Lamination, Bulit Core Assembling, Shunt Reactor Limbs, Tank Shunt & Toroidal Core by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and aligning marketing strategies with business goals. The role also involves close coordination with the production, design, and procurement teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
Drive overall sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Develop and execute domestic and international marketing plans
Build and manage strong client relationships with OEMs, utilities, and EPCs
Lead tendering, pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization processes
Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments
Monitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
Guide the creation of marketing content, product catalogues, and promotional materials
Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain for customer requirements and delivery planning
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to ensure high performance
Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums
Qualification & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering (mandatory)
MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or International Business (preferred)
