Title: Manager / Lead Sales Non-perishables
Location: Delhi & Bangalore
Experience : 10+years in sales -Non-perishables
JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead Sales - Non-perishables.
At least 10 years of relevant experience.
Comes with contacts of large FMCG companies and export customers where he/she has been selling such non-perishables.
Responsible for sales of all the non-perishables that we grow at a Pan-India level. Lead a team eventually as the business grows.
Must have significant knowledge of market requirements in terms of type of crops, variety of produce, quality specs etc.
Complete knowledge of how to structure the export deals where payments are secured with minimal risks for export markets.
Having some exposure to sales of chemical free/organic produce will be good.Large B2B Sales - Non perishables (across SKU's specifically spices and oil seeds (mandatory).
Export experience in spices and oil seeds.
Worked in Organic category is better - look for Organic exposure
Bangalore and Delhi - need to travel across locations.
