We are seeking a dynamic
Sr. Manager - Sales & Marketing
to join our print and online advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic media sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Persuade clients to buy advertising space across print and online platforms.
Identify decision-makers controlling advertising budgets and reach out effectively.
Present the benefits of our media offerings using readership statistics and insights.
Negotiate pricing and packages to close deals successfully.
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience in media sales, preferably in B2B magazines.
Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
Confidence, outgoing personality, and strong relationship-building skills.
Patience, diplomacy, and the ability to work under pressure.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing sales data.
