Summary



Make people data work for everyone. As Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics (PTDI), you'll scale self?serve reporting, productize insights, and deliver regulatory?grade external reporting for P&O. If you're fluent in Workday analytics, Power BI, and data governance. Engage with business representatives and support the appropriate teams and Functions to develop business requirements and deliver data driven recommendations to improve efficiency and add value and love building usable products that leaders trust--this is your next move.

About the Role



Location - Hyderabad #LI Hybrid



Key Responsibilities:



Own and scale self?serve reporting products (Workday dashboards, Discovery Boards, Power BI) Lead external reporting (EU Pay Transparency, ESG) with audit?ready methods Champion Workday reporting enablement and adoption. Manage intake, prioritize demand, and partner with P&O COEs and Client Partnering. Working closely with a team of reporting analysts; enforce quality and release standards.

Essential Requirements:



8-12 years in analytics & reporting; 3-5 years managing reporting products and stakeholder engagement. Expertise in reporting (dashboards, Discovery Boards) and Power BI. Experience with managing ad hoc requests, strong expertise in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel Familiarity with data governance frameworks and DQ tooling

Desirable Requirements:



Snowflake/AWS analytics experience. Knowledge of job architecture and skills data.
