As the leader selected for this newly created position, you will help shape the future of the Promo strategy process, tools, implementation and reporting for the Frequency businesses at Target. You will be a trusted advisor and team leader that will help develop and refine the insights needed to improve Target's promotional strategy across multiple pyramids, divisions and businesses. This role will lead the team that will generate weekly and daily reporting to guide promo roadmap creation and recapping at the category level to ensure Target remains on strategy, competitive and compelling each week.
Success in this role will require a simultaneously high degree of team leadership skill, business strategy context and future process design competencies to orchestrate this new capability across the Frequency businesses. In addition, this role will be required to design and facilitate the capability transfer and standardization of these processes from US-based teams to create a new end to end global process.
Finally, this role is expected to be the chief conduit and integrator back to the US-based leader of the business to ensure clarity, pivots, results and expectations are met on both sides.

About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of total experience; 5+ years of experience in retail
Prior supervisory experience required
