Urgently hiring a Civil Enginneers head for a reputed Project Management company.Age should be between 55yrs to 58 yrs

Candidate should be a BE/DIPLOMA Civil engineering.

20-21years of experience.

Good communication in English & computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Procurement:

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the purchase of materials, equipment, and services.

Project Alignment:

Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project needs, specifications, and timelines, ensuring procurement activities align with project requirements.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or contract compliance.

Contract Management:

Develop and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions, and resolving any contractual disputes.

Budget Management:

Monitor and manage project budgets related to procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, relevant laws and regulations, and quality standards.

Logistics and Delivery:

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to project sites, and manage any related issues.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare procurement reports, maintain records of all procurement activities, and ensure proper documentation of contracts and agreements.

Must be staying near Kankapura road South Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
