Job Description

SR. MANAGER POWER GENERATION
r
r
r
r Educational Qualification: B Tech./BE. in Mechanical/Electrical from recognized college.r r Experience: 12 to 16 yrs.
r
r Main Purpose of the Job Operation of medium size power plant main & auxiliary equipment, viz. boiler, TG set, cooling water system, ID fan, FD fan, PA fan, DM plant, coal handling & ash handling system, ESP and other related auxiliary system.r r Responsibilities: r r

  1. r
  2. Maximize Power Generation with optimum equipment availability and maintenance cost.r
  3. Develop related short / long term annual business / operation plans.r
  4. Review compliance to annua plans, cost and quality targets, and suggest mid-course corrections.r
  5. Technical analysis of operating parameters and trouble shootings.r
  6. Improve availability & reliability of equipment by applying improvement techniques like TPM, DM etc.r
  7. Spares planning & inventory management.r
  8. Implement/maintain quality, environment & OHSAS management system in the deptt.r
  9. Sound knowledge of TPM/TQM Technical knowledge of Power plant equipment like Boiler, TG Set, CHP, AHP, DM Plant, Auxiliary equipment etc.
