Job Description

As the Sr Manager of Software Engineering - Quality Assurance of CRE Digital team of Commercial Banking of JPMorgan Chase, the successful candidate will be leading various aspects of testing of key aspects of JP Morgan\'s commercial real estate digital platform. And will drive the strategy for automated, manual and performance testing of key components of the JP Morgan Chase Commercial Real Estate platform including data processing pipeline, feature extraction and process modeling, intelligent integrations with key business process platforms or similar systems Job responsibilities

• 
  Understanding how all elements of the system software ecosystem work together and developing QA approaches that fit the overall strategy.
• Managing and developing an elite team of QA engineers.
• Developing test strategies and creating appropriate test harnesses as well as pragmatic testing approaches.
• Driving testing methodology and tools to support agile development lifecycles.
• Overseeing the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution.
• Developing and executing a roadmap for building testing frameworks.
• Working with business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 
  Formal training, or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience . In addition, 2 + years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
• 12 to 14 years of overall industry experience .5+ years of experience managing Quality Assurance teams
• Experience in puppeteer for UI automation testing.
• Solid understanding of QA tool development chains and environments
• Demonstrate expertise in black box and grey box testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools, and the ability to operate within short release cycles
• Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness.
• Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 
  Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
