About the role:
The Senior Manager of TiVo Network Operations Center is responsible for day-to-day health and availability of all TiVo services and infrastructure. As the team's leader, you are responsible for maintaining and improving service uptime and corporate and customer systems availability; developing, building, motivating, and managing an exceptional team; and implementing best practices in processes, tools, and technology. Additionally, you are responsible and accountable for the effective and efficient detection of service-impacting problems and taking action for notifying customers and internal teams as well as mitigating or addressing the issue before customer-impact.
