Job Summary



The

Sr. Manager / Manager - New Acquisitions (Corporate Partnerships - B2B)

will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new CSR partnerships. The role focuses on market scoping, donor acquisition, proposal development, and relationship management with corporate CSR teams.

The primary success metric for this role is

new donor acquisition and value of CSR partnerships closed

Key ResponsibilitiesNew CSR Partner Acquisition



Research, identify, and pursue new CSR funding opportunities aligned with ASK Foundation24's programs. Initiate conversations with corporate CSR heads, HR leaders, and senior decision-makers. Convert leads into long-term CSR partnerships through structured engagement and pitching.

Corporate Engagement & Relationship Building



Represent ASK Foundation24 in meetings, CSR forums, industry events, and networking platforms. Understand corporate CSR priorities and align them with relevant social impact programs. Build trust-based, long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders.

Proposal Development & Pitching



Work closely with internal teams (Programs, Communications, Finance) to develop: CSR proposals Concept notes Pitch decks Budgets and impact frameworks Customize proposals as per corporate mandates, ESG goals, and compliance needs.

Fundraising Strategy & Planning



Design and execute strategic fundraising plans focused on B2B CSR acquisition. Contribute to cause-related marketing, co-branded campaigns, and CSR activations. Ensure high ROI on outreach and acquisition efforts.

Donor Management & Compliance



Ensure timely donor communication, reporting, utilization certificates, and compliance documentation. Maintain regular updates through impact reports, presentations, and review meetings. Support audits, due diligence, and CSR reporting requirements.

Market Intelligence & Trends



Track CSR trends, regulatory changes, ESG frameworks, and corporate giving patterns. Leverage insights to strengthen pitches and identify emerging opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience



Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related fields (preferred).

3-10 years of experience

in B2B business development, CSR fundraising, or corporate partnerships. Proven experience in

new donor acquisition

in the corporate or CSR ecosystem. Strong understanding of CSR regulations, ESG trends, and compliance frameworks. Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
