We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic

Human Resources/IT/Admin

to lead and manage the HR functions of our growing real estate organization based in Mira Road. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all core HR functions with a proven track record in employee management, labor law compliance, organizational development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:



Responsible for leading the overall Human Resources function for the organization.

Must have 12 to 15 years of HR experience with strong exposure to the real estate industry for at least 2 to 4 years.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.

Manage the full recruitment life cycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.

Design and execute training & development programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.

Lead the performance management process including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback systems.

Develop and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, benefits programs, and incentive plans.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.

Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and engagement activities.

Create, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs as per industry best practices.

Coordinate with department heads to ensure workforce productivity and effective HR support.

Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, HRMS, and documentation.

Foster a positive work environment and drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and culture.

Key Requirements:



Postgraduate degree in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM or equivalent).

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and real estate industry practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using HRMS tools and MS Office.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?1,400,000.00 per year
