Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - MEP to lead our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations for commercial interior and corporate projects. The ideal candidate will oversee MEP aspects of turnkey solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role is pivotal in driving project success from design to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create ready-to-move-in workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage MEP design, installation, and commissioning for commercial interiors and corporate office projects.

Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project plans.

Conduct site assessments, prepare detailed MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards (e.g., NBC, IS codes).

Oversee procurement, vendor management, and quality control for MEP materials and equipment

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver on-time and within scope.

Troubleshoot MEP issues during execution, providing innovative solutions to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability.

Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment for project success.

Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in MEP for interiors and corporate fit-outs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, PMP) is a plus.

2-10 years of hands-on experience in MEP management, specifically in commercial interiors and corporate projects (e.g., office fit-outs, IT workspaces).

Proven track record in turnkey solutions, with experience handling end-to-end MEP for mid-to-large scale projects.

Familiarity with software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or similar for MEP design and modeling.

Required Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety, and low-voltage systems.

Excellent project management skills with a focus on cost control and quality assurance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to innovation.

Knowledge of sustainable practices and energy-efficient MEP solutions.
