Mechanical Design

Sr Manager Mechanical Design

Location:

Por Gidc, vadodara

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree

in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree or higher qualifications are a plus).

Exporience : 15+ years in Transformers Industry (design of 20-50 MVA) Responsibilities:

Power Transformers Design & IDT transformers design exprience Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers. Oversee the development and optimization of transformer designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions with electrical and structural requirements. Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the design process.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in mechanical design, particularly up to 50 MVA transformer industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in CAD software and mechanical design tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for innovative thinking. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
