Sr. Manager Manufacturing, Personal Care At Kolkata
Job Description
Must have worked in reputed Personal care company in Manufacturing.
? Must have experience in managing a network of different 3Ps across India.
? Must be conversant with factory commercials in 3P perspective.
? Should have some exposure to Projects (new facility, upgradation of infra, productivity
improvement).
? Must be conversant with quality control requirements.
? Must have handled audits - Quality, Commercial.
? Must have handled NPD commercialization.
? Must have handled PP module of SAP.
To ensure meeting weekly production requirement as per the SKU-wise production plan.
? To coordinate between 3P & Supply Chain for the availability of required RM/PM on time.
? To manage networks (creating the network and aligning & coordinating with all stakeholders) and
ensure new products are launched within the committed timeline.
? To ensure financial terms and condition are adhered to as per the agreement.
? To drive a culture of continuous improvement towards quality and productivity.
