to lead the HR operations at our Pune location. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of managing end-to-end HR functions while ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and a positive workplace culture.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and final selections.
Ensure seamless onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies.
Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Drive employee engagement activities and employee welfare initiatives.
Build a positive and inclusive work culture.
4. Performance Management
Support Managers in the goal-setting and appraisal process.
Track performance evaluations and KRA/KPI processes.
Assist in designing development plans and training needs.
5. Policy, Process & Strategy
Implement and update HR policies and SOPs.
Support HR leadership with strategic improvements and workforce planning.
Ensure smooth execution of HR audits and internal reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in HR; experience as HR Manager preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Preferred Profile
Female candidates preferred.
Candidates with experience in fast-paced corporate environments will have an advantage.
