Sr. Manager - Logistics (Secondary) - FMCG - Mumbai - 15+ Years
We are looking for a highly experienced professional to manage Pan-India Secondary Distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics, planning, forecasting, and cost optimisation within the FMCG/F&B industry.

Responsibilities -
Manage Pan-India Secondary Distribution network, including CFAs and depots, with a team of regional logistics resources.
Develop systems, SOPs, and processes for efficient distribution operations.
Provide analytical insights for management decision-making, including budgeting, production planning, and plant capacity utilisation.
Implement cost-saving initiatives such as warehouse consolidation and direct dispatch while maintaining service levels.
Monitor CFA/depot performance metrics, stock audits, statutory compliance, and closure of non-conformities.
Requirements -
Graduation; PG in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
15-20 years of experience in FMCG/F&B logistics and distribution operations.
Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and analytical tools.
Strong verbal and written communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in Pan-India or regional planning, forecasting, and commercial negotiations with vendors/transporters.
