Position Description
Manage the IT operations as Sr. Manager, supervising the setup and management of Oracle ERP systems in the ETO. This is a remarkable opportunity to lead a dynamic team in delivering flawless Oracle ERP solutions, ensuring our company stays ahead in technology innovation!
Qualifications

  • 15+ years of ERP Delivery Management including direct management or team leading experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in a similarly complex technical organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and delegate tasks effectively
  • Manage a team of experienced systems analysts in OTC, SCM, and Finance, defining objectives, crafting development plans, and promoting involvement.
  • Collaborate with the Architecture team to develop new solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Actively participate and technically lead in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls and Post-Mortem Reviews.
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth accomplishment of all operational Oracle ERP Project Execution tasks by adhering to the Agile methodology.
  • Achieve all Metrics (SLAs) by ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely completion of all functional aspects of Improvements and Projects in OTC, SCM, and Finance.
  • Handle the collaboration with internal Group IT and business partners.
  • Supervise internal and external vendor teams to ensure the timely delivery of Change Requests according to established SLA's.
  • Manage vendor SOWs required for project and support work, coordinating with vendors for resource selection and approval processes.
  • Open to travel, 25%.
  • Familiar with Oracle Cloud ERP and R12 ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with ASCP and Demantra deployment and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise full-time employees and contingent workers, both remotely and on-site
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with staff, providing mentorship for improvement and career development
  • Track and review individual goals and project progress, offering mentorship on stretch goals and opportunities
  • Complete performance reviews and assist in crafting personal development plans
  • Ensure strict adherence to global, regional, and local policies, maintaining quality and compliance
  • Oracle ERP implementation and upkeep in JD Edwards is crucial; familiarity with EBS-12 and Cloud Fusion is advantageous.
  • Manage Agile DevOps.
  • Translate details into specific tasks needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
