Job Description
The role requires the employee to execute the tasks allotted by the reporting manager(s), in relation to the following areas:
- Implementation of hedge program \xe2\x80\x93 Identification of hedge transactions to be executed based on the approved hedge program and cash flows received from the actuarial team on a periodic basis.
- Execution of hedge transactions \xe2\x80\x93 Pricing of derivative transactions. Negotiate and execute derivative transactions with counterparty banks and entering deals in the system. Undertaking the settlement of FRA transactions on maturity.
- Transaction Documentation - Review transaction term sheets and deal confirmations of all derivative transactions executed.
- ISDA Negotiations \xe2\x80\x93 Liaisoning with internal teams while negotiating ISDA & CSAs with counterparty banks.
Education \xe2\x80\x93 Post-Graduate (CA / MBA) with 4-5 years of experience

Functional & Behavioural Competencies:
Knowledge / exposure in the bond markets, derivatives or actuarial
