Designing and managing KPIs for PAN India
Design and drive strategy to increase premium, market share and drive productivity via channel managers and business team
Timely tracking the sales performance through various organizational metrics and MIS to ensure business efficiency and adherence to quality and compliance
Handling escalations by resolving queries raised by partners and customers and ensuring a prompt response
Assist and train business team for new and existing products or process through periodical training interventions
Engage and coordinate with various cross functional teams for seamless service deliveries to meet business requirement
Launch monthly channel goalsheet and prepare presentations for the performance updates on a regular basis
Track channel deliverables and provide key inputs basis analysis to improve channel performance and achieve channel objectives
Timely delivery to adhoc channel related data requirements and analysis
