Job Description

We are looking for high energy individuals who can efficiently co-ordinate and communicate with business teams, provide support for local contests, manage business presentations and monitor & analyze data for the business.



Key responsibilities



Responsible for execution and delivery of projects related to sales distribution teams.

Coordinate with the Sales team & Central Projects team

Create and manage presentations for senior leaders in the region

Track and analyze data for the business and region with regular MIS updates, Create communication packs for employees in the region for various updates to support delivery of business agenda

Design & drive local contests and manage the Rewards and Recognition (RnR) programme for the region

Drive Protection & Persistency targets for the business & region
