Key Responsibilities

Customer Insights & Segmentation

Derive insights from customer data to gain a deeper understanding of customer segments and make the insurance category more relevant.

Identify opportunities and gaps in the consumer journey and influence actions across various parts of the organization.

Problem Solving & Opportunity Identification

Identify key business problems and opportunities that can be addressed through marketing solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing solutions that solve business challenges.

Marketing Strategy Design

Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer consideration, search volumes, lead generation, and penetration among defined customer segments.

Design innovative marketing campaigns and assets across ATL, Digital, and BTL channels to execute the marketing strategy effectively.

Campaign Execution & Collaboration

Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the marketing strategy.

Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.

Innovation & Efficiency

Leverage the latest AI tools to drive innovation and enhance marketing efficiency.

Strong ability to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights.
