Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or MBA
Experience: 5-8 years in Business Operations, Core Operations, Program Management, or related roles.
Functional Expertise: Strong program governance, strategic execution, and cross-functional alignment capabilities.
Communication: Exceptional ability to prepare executive-level materials, influence stakeholders, and articulate complex ideas concisely.
Technical Fluency: Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.
Attributes: Outcome-oriented, strategic thinker with a bias for action, highly organized, and adept at navigating ambiguity and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Management & Strategic Execution
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across GTM, operations, delivery, customer experience, and partnerships--sponsored by the COO's office.
Establish rigorous program governance: define charters, operating cadences, decision frameworks, and reporting lines.
Maintain detailed program plans, manage dependencies, and keep high-visibility issue/risk logs to ensure transparency and the timely removal of blockers
Collaborate with senior business leadership to translate strategy into action--identify critical workstreams, align stakeholders, and measure impact.
Ensure adequate resourcing and outcome-driven execution.
Support leadership preparation for business reviews, executive updates, and strategic planning exercises.
Serve as the central coordination point across business, delivery, finance, marketing, and support teams to drive seamless execution.
Facilitate structured, cross-departmental collaboration to expedite decision-making and minimize delivery friction.
Own program communications: dashboards, status updates, and progress reports for executive consumption
