Looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manager / Senior Manager - HR with a strong background in HR Operation, Payroll, Talent Management, HRBP, Stake Holder Management

Job Roles

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition including manpower planning and recruitment. Oversee onboarding, induction, probation confirmations, personal file management, and MRF handling. Handle HR operations: payroll, statutory compliances, employee medical, and background verification (BGV).Act as the first point of contact for grievances, ensuring smooth resolution and employee satisfaction. Drive employee engagement & wellness programs to enhance workplace culture and retention. Coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS) - goal setting, reviews, and appraisal cycles. Conduct weekly HR review meetings with management and provide compliance/HR activity updates. Prepare & present MIS reports, HR analytics, attrition & exit analysis for management insights. Ensure seamless exit management - clearances, exit interviews, and F&F settlement.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA (HR) with 8-15 years of experience in HR Management.

Strong exposure to employee lifecycle management.

Experience handling a manpower strength of 1500+ employees.

Expertise in HR operations, grievance handling, and payroll management.

Proven skills in stakeholder management and people leadership.
