Sr. Manager HR Rewards

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

In this role, you will be a key player in our Rewards EMEA team. You will develop, implement, control, and manage local compensation benefits and CBE (Cross Border Employment) tools, -programmes and processes for Turkey and India commercial and sourcing organizations. The aim is to ensure that our employees are both competitive and have gender-neutral compensation and meet the needs of employees of all generations to incentivise them to come and stay at adidas.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Management

  • Conduct research and analysis on compensation and benefits trends and best practices, and make recommendations to HR Business Partners for improvements.
  • Conduct and review gradings for HRBPs and provide appropriate advice.
  • Create and propose salary ranges by country or function.
  • Support and prepare (executive) salary proposals
  • Implement global compensation tools, programs and processes
  • Preparation of STI (Short term incentive) target structure of employee groups
  • Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with market trends and company goals, as well as between the organizations in scope
Benefits
  • Managing supplier relationships and monitoring the smooth running of plans
  • Regularly review local benefits plans including contract renewals and/or tenders
Cross-Border Employment
  • Case management of executive relocations.
  • Support and point of contact for any local escalation and/or exceptions needed for CBE
Design
  • Adequate/adapt and maintain local compensation, benefits and CBE (Cross Border Employment) policies and guidelines within the global framework including the creation and updating of policy documents.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
  • Union agreements (where required)
  • Implement, improve and communicate local compensation, benefits and CBE programs.
  • Ensure excellent administration of the programs.
Training, communication and change management
  • Adapt and implement change management concepts for local, strategic and global compensation, benefits and CBE programs.
  • Provide technical and process-related training follow up to HR
  • Adapt, prepare and deliver local/individual communications on global, local and strategic compensation, benefits and CBE programs.
Compliance
  • Identify, translate and implement new local regulatory requirements related to rewards topics
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, labour relations, tax and social security requirements
  • Interpret and implement, collective bargaining and legal agreements and consequences as they related to rewards topics
  • Determine and implement locally relevant audit actions, and follow up on audit action points related to rewards topics

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • University degree or adequate education
  • At least six years of general HR professional experience, especially focusing on the area of Rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of local laws related to compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in managing and implementing total rewards programs.
